We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, or identity documents through the website form.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are usually kept up to 24 months. Client records related to paid programs are retained for up to seven years for accounting and consumer-law purposes, then deleted or de-identified where practicable. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics provider when used.

We use service providers who help us operate email, scheduling, and (if enabled) analytics. They process information on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.

International transfers

Some email or analytics providers may store data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. You may lodge a complaint with us first; if unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
