Acceptance
By using https://microservicesorchestration.digital and by enrolling in any program offered by Microservices Orchestration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Training, not personal advice
Our workshops, chart reviews, and mentoring teach chart reading, setup selection, and journaling habits. They are educational. They are not personal financial product advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and eligibility
Places on the Swing Setup Intensive and mentoring programs are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you complete any deposit or payment instructions we send. We may decline a booking if a program is a poor fit for your experience level.
Intellectual property
Course sheets, journal templates, slide materials, and site content remain the property of Microservices Orchestration. You may use materials for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through forms. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for any supply of services is limited, where allowed, to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
